UK Nationwide Delivery Service

The vast majority of our products can be delivered to your door for £20 +VAT.

Lengths over 3 meters can be delivered for £40 +VAT.

Local Delivery

Delivery to the local area (Kent) can, on many occasions, be delivered the next day (subject to stock checks and delivery schedules). We will make these deliveries with our own transport, and therefore a greater window of time is available to package and despatch goods.

Delivery charge for postcodes: TN, CT, ME & DA –  £20 +VAT for standard and bulky items.

Due to our ever-expanding range of products now available, some of our bulkier items may be subject to a carriage surcharge. These Items include, but are not limited to, pig feeders, plastic sheets, polycarbonate roofing sheets and other roofing system products. Any surcharge product will be clearly marked, and costs detailed in the shopping basket.

Should you choose to add several products to your basket which are subject to a surcharge, the surcharge will only be applied once to your basket.

Should you add products to your basket which are subject to different surcharges, only the highest surcharge will be applied to your order.

How long will my delivery take?

Many small items can be sent out within a day of being ordered on an overnight service. Orders which contain lengths over 2.5m may take longer to package and despatch. We aim to process these orders so that you receive them within 3 working days from order (subject to stock levels). If you require your items in a hurry, please give us a call we will do our best to speed things along if we can. Please also see the timed delivery options available below.

Please make sure you provide a contact telephone number and/or email address when you place your order. We will contact you to advise you of your order status and expected delivery date. We find this the best way to put everyone at ease during the delivery process.

Delivery will take place sometime between 8am and 6pm. It is your responsibility to make sure someone is available to check and sign for your goods.

We can leave goods without a signature; however, you must telephone us to arrange this service. Please note we will take no responsibility for any goods left without a signature, which subsequently are found to be damaged, lost or stolen.
No claim will be entertained by us for any delivery delays and costs associated with delays or indeed any consequential loss of any kind.

Surcharge Areas

If you require delivery to one of the following areas, there will be a surcharge for your delivery. Please choose the pay by Pro-Forma or by telephone option at the payment details screen. We will call you and advise of the surcharge. If you proceed and pay by card the goods will not be despatched until the appropriate surcharge is paid.
