How Long will my delivery Take?

Most Small items will be sent out on the same day as ordered on an overnight service. Orders which contain lengths over 2.5m may take longer to package and despatch, we aim to process these orders so that you receive them within 3 working days from order. If you require your items in a hurry please give us a call we will help speed things along if we can. Please also see the timed delivery options available below.
Please make sure you give us a contact telephone number when you place your order, we will not only send you an email to advise you of you order status we will also call you to keep you informed of progress, we find this the best way to put everyone at ease during the delivery process.
Delivery will take place sometime between 8am -6pm and it is your responsibility to make sure someone is available to check and sign for your goods.
We are able to leave goods without a signature, you must telephone us to arrange this service. However please note we will take no responsibility for any goods left without a signature, which subsequently are found to be damaged, lost or stolen.
No claim will be entertained by us for any delivery delays or costs associated or indeed any consequential loss of any kind.

Local Delivery

Delivery to the local Area (Kent) Should on most occasions be delivered the next day, we will make these deliveries with our own transport, and therefore a greater window of time is available to package and despatch goods.

Timed and Saturday Delivery’s ?

You can request a timed or Saturday delivery, the following charges will be added to the £9.99 base delivery rate:-

Before 9.30am on a weekday £38.00 + VAT
Before Midday on a weekday £25.00 + VAT
Saturday before Midday £55.00 + VAT

*Surcharge Areas

If you require delivery to one of the following areas there will be a surcharge for your delivery, please choose the pay by Pro-Forma or By telephone option at the payment details screen, we will call you and advise surcharge. If you proceed and pay by credit card the goods will not be despatched until the appropriate surcharge is paid.
